Hello, I have had menisectomy surgery on both my left and right knee. Right knee was 3 years ago and I dont have any problems with it besides occasional pain which is low grade. Left knee was more recent, 3 months ago, it was a more complicated tear but I have recovered well and back at work since July, left knee is at about 90%, I work as a plumber. My question is what could I do to help strengthen my knee again? Would gym, or maybe yoga or maybe a martial art help? Thanks, Max.

I struggle with many symptoms that have been restricting my life. I have had doctors who wont listen to my symptoms and/or just push me to take anti-anxiety medication. One doctor suggested it was a pinched nerve, but I couldnt afford his treatment. I have insurance but cannot afford a lot of copays and the way I've been treated by doctors lately and in the past worsens my anxiety. Attached is a list of my symptoms. I am afraid to keep pursuing diagnosis but the symptoms are too bad. Help

Hi, I am looking for some advice... some gastrointestinal or anyone who have similar experience. I have bumps at the back of my tongue and that doesn't hurt buy I don't like it, also whenever eat, the food always tries to come back to my mouth,it feels like the food remains in my oesophagus......the bumps are two, one at the right while the second at left, on my tongue............. Hello, A few days ago I went to see the doctor and he found that I have Strep in the throat and gave me antibiotics which I’m taking now. My question: Is it possible to get both Strep and throat Gonorrhea/Chlamydia at the same time? Thank you very much.
